The Tehum Care Services, Inc. Bankruptcy Settlement was established to resolve outstanding personal injury claims against Corizon Health Services.
Corizon Health Services has been dissolved and replaced with two entities:
- Tehum Care Services, Inc. holds all Corizon Health Services liabilities
- YesCare Corp. is now the operating parent company
On February 13, 2023, Tehum Care Services, Inc. filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The case proceeded before the Honorable Christopher M. Lopez, and is administered under Case No. 23-90086 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. The Settlement Plan was approved on March 3, 2025.
