A Personal Injury Claim can be submitted by individuals who meet the following Threshold Eligibility criteria set forth in the Trust Distribution Procedures:
- Has already submitted a timely filed Proof of Claim to the bankruptcy court, personally signed and free of material defect; and
- Has not had their claim dismissed or paid
